Despite my car being at the dealership for nearly two weeks, no loaner was provided. I hope this can be addressed for future visits.

1st Class service and facility. Sean the service tech was in contact with me throughout the entire time with updates on the status of my Roma. The ladies that answer the calls were very professional and made sure I was put through to the right personal for scheduling and to the service department. This dealership is top notch throughout.

The service was good, but the Maserati car not so. After two years, the entire engine broke. They had to replace the entire engine, which took 6 weeks. The engine was ordered from UK. In the meantime I got the loaner, the older model with more miles and aglier.
