My car was there in the shop for a week. My only disappointment was that I had my car fully detailed two weeks prior and they must have left at least one of my windows down because the interior was really dusty. And, having spent $2,000 on the repair bill, they didn't wash my car which they usually do.

Now that I had purchased the car and used my prepaid maintenance visits, I was informed there were maintenance jobs that should have been done more than 10k miles ago that was never mentioned before until now. Very dissatisfied. And a simple job such as a car wash didn't even adequately clean multiple spots on the car. I do not think I'll be returning.

Everyone was very friendly. They did a thorough diagnostic which was way more than anticipated, but nice to know. I did think that charging $29.95 for shop charge- towels, etc was unnecessary. A lug nut was stripped I'm not sure by them or the last place but they wanted $38 to give me a new one. Dealership pricing is crazy.

I had an emergency situation with my Outback, and Ferguson Subaru worked it into their schedule even though they didn't have an open appointment. This was my first visit to Ferguson Subaru, and I found the service staff to be friendly, professional, and very helpful. The problem with my car was diagnosed and repaired at what I considered to be a very reasonable price. I was completely satisfied with the experience.

Michael Altman was the person through whom we purchased 5 Subarus for our granddaughters, and he remains faithful in accommodating us and helping resolve any of the few problems we have had. The entire Subaru staff have been amazing. I hope to one day purchase one for myself.

I was there to have a headlight replaced (again), and the service tech was very helpful and kept me updated. I have had at least 7 or 8 headlights and tail lights replaced in a 3 years period. I'm not sure if this is common with Subaru's or not, but it seems excessive. Otherwise, I love my Subaru!
