I think they got it. My alignment has proven challenging for shop after shop, and even they got it wrong the first time. I appreciated that they took care of it and seem to have corrected the situation, even after some time had passed and I learned my mechanic wasn't able to acquire the rack he'd expected to purchase. Dealership was very difficult to work with. Sales associate seemed shocked that a potential customer would want to negotiate a preliminary price before coming into the dealership. Was a major waste of time trying to communicate and negotiate before coming to the dealership and having to haggle over the price of the vehicle. Would not recommend this dealership.
