Awful- they don't call you back, you have to constantly call them. They are always behind. Had my car for two days and didn't look at it until I called at 4:00pm the 2nd day. Took my car to somewhere else, even though I have purchased 6 cars from this dealership, always hoping the service gets better, but it doesn't.

However, I did not get the promised car wash and waited for over 10 mins in the service bay to pick up my truck with no one around while the service guy smoked a cigarette. Then when I got in my truck the seat belt was latched (to bypass the safety) so I got a buckle in the lower back.

This dealership only gives out electric only vehicles for loaners. They had my car for 3 weeks and I had to call Chevy service to get a gas powered car, which they also had my gas powered car. I dont have resources to charge the electric car and the service manager at the dealership said, oh well. I guess you can have no car then. He should not be a service manager. Bad service from him. I will not be returning to this location.

The rep was great. What I did not like was Feldman's Chevrolet's surcharge when using a credit card. This can add a significant amount of money to the total amount being charged. I think this added charge should be eliminated. It should be part of running a business and should not be given to the customer to pay.

An extra bonus is the Feldman is connected to a very nice walking / biking trail. I brought my dog, who was welcomed, and we had a nice walk while the service was being done.

We did not have the original complaint addressed nor resolved and another issue was discovered and repaired without giving us an estimate and cost several hundred dollars. We were told 24 hours and weren't called to extend that. We didn't get the car back for 2 days.

I was able to get my Tahoe in quickly. I was able to get service before a trip. Once at the dealership, they started immediately and I waited to get the maintenance service and software done. That was so helpful. I was in and out in less than 90 minutes. Everyone was helpful. I was able to schedule my Volt for it's maintenance.
