Staff was rude. We bought the car in February. We've had to bring the car back twice for issues they said we resolved before we bought it. Staff at drop off always chastises us like we are doing something wrong. Like I want to take off work to drive 29 mikes to the dealership. Ugh.

The customer service/service department promptly responded to my request to help me with my locked gas panel when i had not previously scheduled appointment. I brought the car in, in the morning and the service department personnel promptly had a technician look at the problem and have it corrected and resolved within 30 minutes. Thank you to all when where involved in getting the gas cap lock working again!

Kelly is wonderful to work with...the fact that a person would come and get our car for the work that needed to be done and then bring it back to us was quite helpful since I was recentrly discharged from the hospital. Even though the cost was more than what was anticipated, the repairs seem to be well executed.
