Brought my Altima in for new tires and 4-wheel alignment. Everything seems great the vehicle seems to handle much better which could be just because of new tires. But there seems to be an improvement from the alignment.

Had 30k mile service completed on my 2019 Nissan Rogue. Only needed tire rotation and oil & filter change as I already performed cabin air filter and engine air filter plus replaced all 3 wiper blades and had both batteries changed in key fobs previously. Car hit a pothole. Somehow it caused a tiny hole of the front tile ( driver side). Due to the location of the hole, the tile has to be replaced. The service advisor showed me the hole and I authorized the replacement. They replaced and balanced the tire. It was done quickly and the service advisor kept me informed with repair process. They even waived the installation fee. I would definitely recommend their services to others.

I brought my car in and it did not get fixed the first time around so I brought it back in and even drove with the technician and it still did not get fixed the second time around. I called back to see if there is another option to right the wrong and they did nothing besides tell me to come in again and have them look at it again. Not worth my time or money.

They sold me a used car with four things (five if you count the one they admitted) wrong and then told me none of the issues were covered by the "warranty" which, I never saw. They didn't even bother to put a new battery in the remote entry key. When I complained to the President of the dealer, he didn't even give me the courtesy of responding to my email. I will never deal with them again.
