I had my suv service done the maintenance was good but the cleaning of the inside of my suv was horrible they made mistakes and took my floor passenger front side mat and replaced it someone else and the mat i receive had horrible smell that left my suv with bad odor so can someone check your cleaning people to be more attention to put the right mats in people suz before returning our suz back

Service was fair, it seemed to take too long, since it was scheduled. My biggest disappointment, especially since part of the service was a tire rotation, when I checked later, I had three different air pressure readings on the four tires. Why couldn't they all be on 36?

Very disappointed. First of all, brake rotors shouldn't be warping between 5,000 and 10,000 miles. It also took a day and a half to have the work completed. There was no communication regarding the status of the vehicle. I initiated all of the contact. Again, just dissatisfied with the total experience.

Commissioned them to change the differential oil front and back and replace the deck lid assist pneumatic springs. I drove 2 hours to visit the dealer and the shocks were not in stock and the seal on the front differential was not installed correctly. I had oil on my driveway and needed to go to a local repair facility to fix the differential leak.
