Service Advisor Johnny Yeun is very good. Professional and courteous. Faulkner Hyundai also did a great job in upgrading their facility ... My complaint is this : I just found $ 106.65 to be excessive for a basic engine oil and filter change. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I was in and out! Excellence! My car only has 8000 miles on it.... But they still tried to sell me 2 tires rotatation, balance, etc etc, to the tune of 2300$ The tires are 30,000 mile tires..... I would take the new tires if they were being prorated 75%
