I liked that they were able to replace my headlight and that they also washed my car. I did not like that it took so long to do it. I was told it would be an hour to an hour and a half at the most. It actually took two hours.

I liked that the service was covered by a warranty (air conditioner) but there was a lack of communication as to why it took 4 1/2 hours!!

I had no problem scheduling a service within a few days of calling. My service associate was wonderful! My car was serviced and done in just less than an hour and the waiting are was comfortable, clean, and had coffee and popcorn

Brought my vehicle in for a simple PCM update, they tried to charge me $8k for repairs. Another placed fixed the actual issue for a fraction of the cost. Pretty apparent that Faulkner was just trying to overwhelm me with the cost of repairs so they could try to get me to buy something new. Never going back.

Called on a Monday to schedule an appointment - did not receive a call back. Called 4-days later to only to find out my appointment was scheduled at the time I called which was around 8:30 a.m. Faulkner Honda kept my appointment and was only about 25 minutes late. Wait time was about 1.5 hours. Service was great.

They were very efficient and friendly. There is a very nice waiting area. Service was done in the time promised, and scheduling an appointment was quick. Like service everywhere, I think it is so expensive. No discount coupons were available. I wish they washed your car like they used to do. I will continue to use them for my service, and James Wood was very professional and helpful.

Didn't expect to buy a car but that's how the cookie crumbles. Did a ton of online research but in the end, I listened to recommendations from 2 who loved Faulkner. I never expected a Honda but I had one heck of a great salesman (Kyle). While the car sold itself, it never would have happened with Kyle's outstanding service. Don't hesitate.

Drop off the night before, called to ask about doing work, pick up that night. However, the bill was tallied incorrectly -- my service coupon was not deducted. My card was asked for without presenting the itemized invoice. I had to ask to see the bill and tote it up before I turned over my card.

I had an appt. for vehicle inspection, an oil change, brake fluid removed and replaced, and the TPMS needed to be reset. They also did a multipoint inspection of the vehicle. The work was completed in a timely manner, and I was satisfied with the work. I have used the same service advisor (Alexa Ramos), and she has always been very courteous and helpful.

Faulkner has always provided reliable repairs and routine service. However, recently I have been disappointed in the communication from the service reps. Twice I have had my car in for service and the computer system wasn't working resulting in delays in service. Most recently, parts were delayed and the car had to be kept for 3 days. I was not informed about this until I called to see if the work had been done. Not good.
