I'm always met on time in a friendly manner, prompt service, everything is explained to me, it's a great experience and it's fast. They have shuttle service, or you can wait, I have always waited. It never really takes that long and never longer than they say. The waiting area is very uncomfortable.

Seating area was terrible. TV on but muted. Inspection and oil change plus recommended services would have been $1000. I got inspection which is supposed to be free. No emissions because of low miles. Took recommended brake fluid change and cabin filter and it was still over $300.

Service is good but always expensive. They always find something that needs to be done in addition to what service you came in for. Makes it hard to come back for service. The car only has 52 + miles and I don't remember having to spend so much money on any of my other Hondas with this mileage.

I was in a bit of a bind due to the timing of the issue and pending travel schedule - and the time he spent with me meant the world. I had noticed an intermittent delay in my car starting. I was concerned that it would be hard to diagnose since it didn't happen all the time. I was pleasantly surprised that Faulkner was able to accurately diagnose and correct the issue. The car has started flawlessly since then! My only complaint would be that I had to wait quite a while at the dealer for the work to be done, but otherwise it was a positive experience

The service is excellent from the time you arrive and are greeted and they walk you in to your service mgr. they explain everything in detail to you. I went in for a routine oil change and tire rotation, needed a couple of maintenance things. My car hadn't run this well in months!!!!

The service writer was pleasant and knew why I was there , (state Inspection and oil change), my car was taken in at my appointment time and finished in a timely fashion and the service writer came over to me in the waiting room and discussed the completed service. I was told my car was ready and I went out to find a "washed" car waiting for me. What's not to like!

Dropping off was easy. Took the shuttle to work. Car was finished in the time frame promised. Only thing was when I picked it up and asked if it was supposed to have been washed, the tech was very short with me. Guess it was too cold to wash. Could have been nicer about it.

I visited for a recall on the 2025 Civic Hybrid. Patrick in the Service Department is very helpful. Chris Steward, the Service Manager, clearly strives to keep customers happy. The waiting area is clean, coffee and water are on offer, and now that the TV is silenced or very quiet, it is a much nicer place to wait.
