Everything was fine when I got the car but they didn't file the paperwork with the old leasing company, saying it's on me to do it. Even Ally Bank said the dealership was supposed to submit the proper documents, which they did not. I've had many cars in my life and this is the first time I've encountered negligence like this. I had my vehicle towed to their shop. Advisor told me it would take a week to have looked at. After 3 days, I asked Advisor if I should take it someplace else. Advisor said it would be looked at within 3 days. After 5 more days, Asst Service Mgr. said it would be an additional two weeks!!

Just like every other time we've gone there, they waited until just before closing to even pull the vehicle in. Then they "found" something else that needed repair and, like usual, did not have the part, despite auto parts stores in close proximity. When I said I needed the vehicle early the next day, they ignored me again, and took most of the day for a simple part replacement. Next time, I'm going to a real car service center.

They did nothing to fix the problem, ac is not working still under the 3 months 3000 miles from purchase on March 4, 2025. Now say have to use the extended warranty and pay the $100 deductible. Says they do a 125 point inspection to sell as certified pre owned. According to them the AC was working when they did that inspection in December!

Very slow and frustrating repair service with limited to no updates or progress. Service advisor had continued excuses of sick or no workers for several weeks. Service advisor also didn't offer any type of courtesy for the extended wait. I had to tow my vehicle to a different dealership to complete the repair. I would not recommend this dealership to anybody. They lost a customer and my business.

How could that be when dodge suggests services at 150k miles and I just reached that. Plus my car wasn't ready for hours after I requested and I had to call several times. It was even filthy when I picked it up from where it had been parked. I won't be back

I honestly love coming into this shop to get my car serviced since I bought a car from them after an accident. My warranty covers most of the work that needs done like my oil changes. They have a great waiting room and great service advisor. They get things done in a reasonable time.
