The only fault I experienced was when I was told the vehicle was ready and picked it up. I drove a little down the street and the check engine light came on. Thankfully they were able to get it back in and fix it.

Faulkner sends a text during the oil change to let you know what step they are on in the process. The lounge is comfortable for waiting and snacks are available. TJ is also friendly and knowledgeable.

They are fine, if you can wait two to three weeks to get an appointment. They are terrible if you need immediate, emergency service. They are always booked up for anywhere from two to three weeks.
