As always, my experience with Faulkner BMW was excellent! Dropped my car off, they gave me a brand new BMW X5 to enjoy for the day. They performed the maintenance and the tech texted me a video going over my car. And then when I picked my car up it was washed and vacuumed. For the past 7 years I have had nothing but great experiences!

Great service, friendly staff, very professional. The only downside was my front windshield interior got smudged up, possibly from a dirty towel, which created a huge glare when driving in sunlight. I was able to fix this a few days later with a clean microfiber and some glass cleaner.

Timely, and Steph was great as usual, nice loaner, quick check out. We will see how all turns out. I was an accident about a year and a half ago and I wonder if some of what was found that was cracked could be attributed to the accident and why it wasn't found before.

Service fit us in and took care of the problem. Time was underestimated. I asked only that the car be checked to see if safe to drive but the battery was replaced and it took a few hours. I would have scheduled a follow up appointment. However, I don't know if the battery once out to be checked made sense to replace right then and there.

The Service Rep was helpful and kept me aware of the service. I had mentioned a noise I had heard intermittently heard. They did not hear the sound and we agreed it always happens when it is cold. They showed me a video of all the undercarriage and we agreed on an oil contract. Service was completed in the time they had estimated.

Had ceramic coat put on X3, only after having it put on was I informed that it cannot go thru a car wash. Doesn't make much sense to find out after the fact, and a lot of money, that the finish put on the paint to protect the finish from all sorts of things can be damaged in a car wash. Should have been told up front and then make an informed decision. Not Good!!!

Everything was very punctual. I thought I had requested time with a "Guru' but only had a few minutes. I now understand that a guru appointment is through them, not through service. Wish that had been explained to me when I made the service appointment.
