As always, my experience with Faulkner BMW was excellent! Dropped my car off, they gave me a brand new BMW X5 to enjoy for the day. They performed the maintenance and the tech texted me a video going over my car. And then when I picked my car up it was washed and vacuumed. For the past 7 years I have had nothing but great experiences!

Great service, friendly staff, very professional.
The only downside was my front windshield interior got smudged up, possibly from a dirty towel, which created a huge glare when driving in sunlight. I was able to fix this a few days later with a clean microfiber and some glass cleaner.

She is well-trained, clear on procedures, repairs or replacements, needed now and in future. She updates me on progress and about of there with a clean washed car in two hours. Well done!

Very Professional organization. Loved pictures/video of work to be done.
Only minor issue was problem with their internal communication about when our car was complete and delivery it before all work was completed.
