The staff is friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. Service on the car begins near the scheduled appointment time and is always ready for pickup within a reasonable timeframe depending on the service being provided. This business is optimally managed and I have no complaints.

I have been going to Fastlane for many years. John's teams from the service desk to the mechanics are extremely knowledgeable. This was my first visit to the Woodstock location and Wally was awesome on coordinating the servicing of my Infiniti G7. He, like all of Fastlane's service people, was top notch.

The is one the best auto shops in Woodstock! The people are very friendly and knowledgeable. I went in to have my brakes changed for my Stinger GT.
