His customers and locals and everyone that walked in there was friendly and several on a first name basis. It was very refreshing to see the interactions of the customers and the owner. Andrew provides outstanding customer service on every oil change visit. He offered an oversized drain plug for my 2013 Ford F150 4WD that was a very small $ expense compared to the $1,100 repair estimate I was given at a local shop to install a new oil drain pan. The oversized drain plug has worked great with no leaks during the past 2 oil changes with 6,000 + miles driven.

Had an oil change that took 45 min. because they needed to change the plug to a larger one. That was done, but when I got the car home I noticed the oil was leaking pretty bad. Called the shop to tell them and they said to bring it back in. Hopefully it will be taken care of quickly.
