Took all day for a 60,000 mile check up. When we got our Jeep back the windshield was cracked at top passenger side . We were not charged for check up but still upset about windshield. We called Safelite in order to get windshield replaced. We have been a customer with Farrish for many years. Still plan to use them for our vehicle up keep!

With some extra engagement, they diagnosed and fixed the cause and result of a malfunction. They seem to be busy and their service advisors are constantly busy, which makes it tough getting in touch sometimes. But they also worked well with updating insurance and taking care of the customer.

I've been going to Farrish for years and this was the worst experience I've ever experienced. The service representative, Andreas Small, was singularly unhelpful, often curt and rude and generally uninformed about the status of my car. I discussed these issues at length with the service manager, Morris, who was very sympathetic and apologetic.

ZERO stars. The worst service. It's basic customer service to reach out to customers, keep them informed even if there is no update, offer loaner cars or at least mention none are available at the time, return phone calls, etc. The service rep assigned to me (Kemond) NEVER called me. His manager (Brandon) called me once after I left 2 voicemails. Then he never called again. I emailed the General Mgr and company President. Zero replies.

I had a great experience getting my daughter's vehicle to send her back to college. As a parent you one of the biggest fears is my daughter calling me broken down on the side of the road somewhere. Farrish made sure the car was road-ready to give my daughter and me complete peace of mind. They did a thorough checkout of all items and even helped get some paint defects corrected, along with getting her car washed nice and clean.

THE STAFF OF FARRISH IN FAIRFAX WORKED ON 6-MONTH MAINTENANCE INCLUDING MULTIPOINT CHECKUP UNDER THE HOOD AS WELL AS CHANGE IN SYNTHETIC OIL AND ENGINE OIL AND ALL FOUR TIRE ROTATIONS. THE WAITing room is VERY COMFORTABLE WITH MULTIPLE large FLAT SCreen TVs. It took them only 1 hour.
