I did not enjoy my experience. I called twice leaving a message, and never got a call back. The third time I called to schedule an appointment, the representative offered to go and tell someone to call, then someone called. This same thing happened again when I called to check on it. A note was placed to have some call me, and no one did. After getting my car, it is purring. My car does not purr. I did not have that noise before I brought it in. We know when our vehicles are different. Also the oil change indicator was not reset again. I waited for someone to do that after I came to pick it up.
