I liked that FT was able to receive the car before they closed and was able to diagnose the problem quickly. The part was in the following day but couldn't do it until the day after.. Wasn't really a problem since we have a second vehicle anyway.. When all was said and done they explained everything thoroughly.. Very good service as usual...

They did the 45K mile maintenance service, rotate tires, inspect brakes, belts, hoses, steering, suspension, lights, wipers, , replaced cabin air filter, no oil change due yet, rotated tires, inspected brakes I HAD THE TIRES ROTATED. STOP SENDING ME NOTICES TO HAVE MY TIRES ROTATED.

I liked the friendly, thorough and professional service I received. I was somewhat shocked at the price that I was given to replace my battery. I made a conscious, informed decision to have Falmouth Toyota do the work. I will continue to use Falmouth Toyota for my automotive needs but may weigh the options of doing some of the basic maintenance myself.

When the car was sold, there were to be included 2 services. When I went for the first service, I was told that the oil was NOT included in the service! I had changed the oil and filter at 1,000 miles and there were only 1,000 miles on the oil. the 1,000 oil change was only 3 month ago! In the future, I will change my own oil as it takes only 1/2 hour and the trip to the dealership took about 1 /4 hour.

For the first time in all the years of being a customer I did not experience the usual friendly service I expect from Falmouth Toyota. I felt a little stupid about some of the questions I asked in particular Maybe they were just having a bad day. However as I have always given 5 stars for the service I thought you should know. PS My husband was with me and he felt the same.
