clear discloser of how much they charge for service, poor response when calling to speak with the service writer after waiting 10 minutes on hold to find out he's busy and will call back later. Fallon Ford has changed for the worse, the management now doesn't seem to care about customers any longer. I have bought 3 new cars from Fallon Ford over the years but will finish this service and never return to this dealership again.

Kevin was great. Very knowledge about all work done. Explained everything . Work was performed in a timely manner. Since I had to travel to Fallon from Yerington, Kevin got me in and out on time. I highly recommend him and the Ford dealership in Fallon and will continue to have them service my vehicle. I will also tell my friends. Thank you

Walked in, they had my paperwork ready to go and told me when to expect the car - sure enough, it was ready to go, they listed exactly what service was done, and noted concerns with the vehicle after a full inspect. Never had an issue in the past, and not sure I ever will.

We drove all the way out to Fallon (1 and a half hours away from us) to fix a recall on our vehicle. After sitting in their freezing dealership for 2 and a half hours we were told that they didn't have the tools to properly diagnose our vehicle for the recall. We were then given a voucher for a free car wash instead of reimbursement for the pricey gas we wasted. Absolutely ridiculous!

Complete bloch! I have premium maintenance contact and premium service contract. Took my 2017 F250 in for scheduled maintenance and 2 component concerns. They charge you $***.** to address EACH CONCERN even tho they already have your vehicle in for service. Drive the extra miles/time to go to someplace else!!!

Never received call back like I was told so had to call again then once I did talk to someone they ran my wife and is credit adding a hard inquiry however we did not like the payment so we wanted to look into something else and we never heard from them again I would never recommend anyone to purchase there.

Took my 2019 Ford Ranger in to update the SYNC software. The service rep (I believe his name is Kevin) told me everything was up-to-date. It wasn't. The Ford Pass Help Line told me my software was out of date, and I needed the new version. I figured out what I needed to do and updated the software myself. I don't know where the disconnect was between myself and the Service Department, but they didn't do anything to resolve my issue.
