They provided a shuttle service and didn't recommend a bunch of stuff that the car didn't need. They did the job I asked them to do. I had to call 3 times to get my ride back to the dealership. No one picks up the phone. It goes to an AI assistant, and the ride was never confirmed, and I never got a follow-up from a person until I called the third time.

The work done was good, but the pricing was so confusing-- what was quoted over the phone didn't include a significant labor cost so it cost about $600 instead of the quoted $200 to fix the door handle and they refused to release the car unless the whole amount was paid.

Loved that they were able to get me in the first time for my ac. They diagnosed the issue for the ac as potential evap that needed to be replaced. Left it for a few days when I got it back air went out again within the first hour. Then had to pay another 2200 to get the compressor replaced. Customer service wasn't the greatest on top of that. Likely the last time I will use them.

brought my 2019 ford truck in for service, everything went extreamly well. they were some other things that needed to be done to keep a well maintained truck. my service rep tobie sloan was very helpful in helping me with the choices that i made. she also took the time to check on tires, gave me my options as to what i prefered. not to pushy, but well informed. my thanks to her efforts. david

Job seems to have been done well, but there was Zero communication. The work took all day, and if we hadn't dropped back by at 4:30, I don't think we would have ever heard the truck was ready. I sent several texts to the number I was given, and never heard back at all.

I was not told that this service recall would probably take days or up to a week to complete. I was not prepared to be without my own car for 8 days. (I was given a loaner car.) And I would not have scheduled this right before Christmas if I knew that. I also was not kept updated on the progress. I had to call them about every other day to get a status.

They were dishonest about my car needing new wiper blades and an alignment. After discussing with them that I just replaced the wipers about two weeks ago, they took that request along with the alignment suggestion off the order. And, the Manager has addressed it properly so I can hopefully trust their services again in the future.

I asked for the pressure in my tires be brought up to recommended weight since they were rotating them I figured it was a normal procedure but I asked anyway and it of course was not done! This seems to happen almost all the time checking air pressure should be natural when rotating tires.

My car wasn't looked at until I called late in the afternoon. I spoke with my service advisor and he told me so. I was reassured that my car would be diagnosed and ready by end of day if I made this appointment and I felt lied too. I already felt weird when I dropped it off and it took almost 15 minutes to get somebody to check me in. I hate that every shop sends me to this dealer because it never goes how its supposed to.

Getting my car serviced was smooth and seamless. Extremely helpful. They did not tell me before hand that I wouldnt be able to wait on my car because it would be an all day job. Nevertheless, they provided a uber back home. Which i consider a helpful in regards to the matter.
