I had my Ford Edge in for "The Works" (oil change and multi point inspection, as well as tire rotation). The service was done well and completed in an hour. They also changed the cabin air filter, but checked with me before changing it out. They also informed me of an issue with the battery that will be replaced at the next service.

I had my Edge in for "the Works" and a tire rotation. I was able to schedule an appointment that was convenient for me. The service was done completely and in a timely manner. The service manager was easy to talk to and also updated me on any concerns they found. I waited for my vehicle while the service was being performed. Only took an hour. Would recommend Fairmont Ford for their service department. Job was well done!
