It has always been quite satisfying to have our car serviced the service people are always very helpful and really listen to your concerns. They try to go out of their way to make things happen.
My only complaint is it takes too long to get an appointment but I don't know if there is a cure for that.

Everything went great. Had an appointment for Wednesday 4-9-25 at 8:00 to do a oil change and fuel pump recall. We dropped off our CRV early afternoon on Tuesday 4-8-25 and because of cancelations from snowfall they got the work done on our CRV a day early.

My steering recall was repaired with no issues. The appointment was easily set up and was performed in a very timely fashion. Everyone at the dealership, especially those in the service department were extremely friendly and professional. It is a joy to deal with those at the dealership.
