As advertised the service was quick and efficient. This was the first time on an oil change that someone asked me to keep the gas on for 5 seconds at a certain rpm. The gentlemen servicing my car were professional, courteous and did a complete safety check on my car before checking me out. They reviewed all the services required for this point in my cars life but didnt pressure me to have any additional work done. Very refreshing.

I liked the fact that I was able to stay in the car while the oil was being changed. However, after checking the air in the tires, the tire pressure light remained on. When I checked the tire pressure myself, the back driver's side tire was extremely low.

I had a slow leak in one of my tires. Everyone here is incredibly friendly, they did great work without trying to "sell me" on things I don't need, and they did it fast! The waiting area was clean and welcoming. I also applaud their diverse hiring efforts by having several female employees, all of whom I witnessed being treated as equals. As an HR professional I admire this when looking for automobile service centers. I will absolutely go back!
