Mikey was first class in all respects. I had a foreign object in my tire when I arrived around 1 pm. He quickly figured out it couldn't be repaired so he mounted my spare so I could drive off. These guys are always very helpful, and pleasant. They don't "talk down" to those of us who know very little about cars.
They have also pointed out a couple of things that proved to be major issues (transmission that had to be replaced).

Just okay, but Service was completed. It did take about a half day of waiting which was not a big deal. Overall I do not enjoy the customer service or approach this location provides. I do not find the technicians ever to be friendly. Do they do the job, yes. Are they priced reasonably, no they are more than Meineke and Meineke is way more friendly. I just couldn't get in with them before the holiday..
