One technician was kind in attempting to adjust my passenger side window washer fitting and said he'd fix once in the bay, alas I was moved to the adjacent bay w a new technician who promptly ignored me. It's ok, as he said it was "only" my second time therelittle does he know it was actually my last, too many options to be ignored

We gave you a full service oil change and did not charge you to unplug your window washer nozzle nor top off you washer fluid. We also checked your tires, all fluids, etc. I don't see how you were ignored if we performed all of those services. Normally, most shops would have charged you 30 minutes of labor to unplug your washer nozzle. We would like you to come back for any repair or oil change when due. You will find that our prices, speed of oil change, and extra services are unmatched. Where else can you get your oil changed in 10 minutes?

I only go there because of the fast service, and I don't have to wait an hour for a 10 min oil change. Like most places make you wait. But I must say I lost confidence with their expertise, as I was told the car had an oil leak something that they should have caught if they are changing the oil. $258 later for a value gasket repair. Something that cost $77 !

In and out quickly. I did need to return in a couple of days though, because my truck was leaking oil on my garage floor. Turned out to be oil from the old filter that spilled into a structural cross member that they didnt clean up. They apologized and cleaned the underside of my truck. That took care of the problem.
