The overall care, concern, and knowledge of the employees at this location has declined over recent years. My two most recent visits to have my oil changed have been met with issues each time. Either they over tighten my oil pan drain plug and break it or they pour oil all over my engine and proceed to sorta clean it up.

Literally the slowest freaking oil change I've ever had. This was anything but express. It took a freaking hour to do the car in front of me, and then my car. I will NEVER go back to this place again! Go ANYWHERE else but here!

The tech working on my car forgot to put the oil cap on and destroyed the inside of my car. Absolutely flooded the entire vehicle with oil and needed to bring it to the dealership. Cost over $1,000 in repairs not including missing work, needing LYFT rides, and compensation for lost time.

The guys were professional and efficient. They lost a star because they didn't have an oil filter for my car so I had to go to AutoZone to pick on up, then brought it back to have oil change completed. But other than that, very pleased. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Arrived w/o app't needing a new battery. After confirming that I did need a new battery, technician quoted the price, and estimated time to replace...20 minutes. Job done in less than 20 minutes. I also asked if they could install
new wiper blades that I bought elsewhere but couldn't replace myself.
They did...at no charge. Exceptional service. From now on, Express Oil will
be my "go to" service facility. I couldn't be happier.

This is my go to workshop since moving from California a year ago. It's not cheap, but there's a few things I like about this place. Number one is the workshop is always crean. Second is the straightforward, no hidden costs, etc. Lastly these guys have always helped me right away, without appointments and returning my car fixed the same day!

The service was quick and very good. All fluids were cached at topped off. The lights and signals were checked also. The serve man even replaced the rear window windshield wiper for me that I had purchased at Auto Zone. The vehicles operators manual did have instructions on how to change the wiper. Overall, excellent service!

Greeted quickly. Asked to put a mask on. Service was prompt. 2 techs were bantering freely. 1 eating his breakfast in service area. Car next to me inquired if oil was "fresh" (not filtered and recycled), 1 tech spoke to other in tones not quite respectful of the question. What I am telling you is there was a degree of professionalism lacking; not my usual experience here.
