I came to the service bay to get an emission around 12 there was a car ahead of me. The attendant told me to back up. I backed up he pulled the older couples car out of the bay and gave them the paperwork and he disappeared. At about 1245 another attendant came out and asked me what service I want I told him emissions and the guy disappeared he said I'm sorry but it closes until 130. I told him I would just park right here and wait. At 1:30 the original attendant came back and did the missions. He never once communicated that he was going to lunch or did they were closing for whatever reason very disappointing I waited the whole time.
