Very thorough, quick service, polite technician. I stayed in my car during the service, no need to reset my navigation system as they pump the old oil out versus draining it. Location was clean, wait time was short. Pleasant experience.

There paperwork sed thay reset the system and check tires but thay did nothing to reset I had to get someone else to fix it. They was not to put the a different hind of pit the was told . They tried to get me to do other things the cost was very high

Ten minute oil change is more like an hour and still costs nearly $100. I was overdue and asked that they allow the pan to drip really well. I was told the guy underneath usually does. I asked four more times for him to tell him and he made excuses every time and never told the guy. I asked that my tire pressure be checked (included upon request) and inquired about the suggested air pressure possibly being too low because my tires are on the sidewalls at the suggested 35lbs. They could not increase the air pressure due to the recommended PSI, which is understandable but even after I reminded them my tires were purchased there, they said that's just the way it is. That's my third time coming in to request the tires be evaluated. Perhaps they're the wrong size, wrong for the vehicle, or somehow faulty. I really doubt they're supposed to appear half-flat or sound zippy zappy when I drive. My ball joints have since gone bad. My oil light is still flashing. My tire monitor light is still flashing as well.
Oh and the mechanic burnt his hand removing my oil filter due to not wearing protective gloves. He made sure I knew he was burnt badly by my car and seeming reluctant , he said, "well, it's not your fault." He rambled about that happening so often he likely doesn't have fingerprints anymore. I grew up working in my family's automotive shops and I am highly experienced in customer service in the field. You have employees who are a liability to your business. Following safety protocols should second nature and not treated as optional. Improvement of customer service skills for direct contact roles will be imperative to the success of your business. Ensuring the customer feels their issues are understood, actually looked into instead of told there's not a problem (I received this same gaslit response from two mechanics on two separate occasions), that they receive a reliable opinion from a certified professional, and reasonable cost estimates for recommended services. The list of recommendations provided was simply the manufacturer recommendations based on mileage, which felt very impersonal and not based on any human effort.
The guy at the desk was polite and helpful!

I recently came in for an oil change and overall the service went smoothly. The staff was friendly, and the process was quick and efficient, which I definitely appreciated.
That said, I was a bit surprised that there weren't any additional service checks included or even offered. At many other places, I'm used to basic extras like topping off fluids, checking tire tread, and doing a quick review of lights and blinkers as part of the visit. Those small touches go a long way in creating a more comprehensive and reassuring service experience.
While the oil change itself was done well, adding these kinds of standard checks would really elevate the overall service and bring it more in line with other competitors.
