Excellent service. Chris was great at communicating their process. Took my car in the bay and immediately got to work. Chris took the time to show me different things about my vehicle. Only negative--more expensive than other places, but speed, quality ,and customer service was worth it.

Went in for safety inspection. Told me it would only take a few minutes ended up taking an hour and then inspected my car under the wrong county and charged me for emission test which my county does not require. Took even longer to correct all the paperwork. Will never go here again.

The employees at Express are always friendly and courteous. They are knowledgeable about what they are doing and do it fast. I rarely have to wait longer than 10-15 minutes to have an oil change done. They also don't try to push things you don't really need done, on you.
