I sat in the "queue" waiting for a tech to come to my car. I watched 2 techs one standing, one sitting - both on their phones for 4 minutes. I do believe they saw me - just didn't care. Once I got in the bay the tech had a nasty attitude and acted like he wanted to be anywhere but there.

I tried Express a couple of years ago with a bit of scepticism, but after a visit or two, I became a regular customer due to my satisfaction of their prompt service, very good prices and their appreciation of me as a customer, along with the fact that they also have a thorough line of mechanical services.

There was much more pressure to sell additional services with this visit and a week earlier with my wife's car. Outside of of an occasional air filter, these guys have been pretty low key. Either company philosophy has changed or our technician was looking for a raise. I may be looking for another service center for my next oil change.

Oil change completed. Took car in to replace O2 sensor and was advised by manager that there was a 50/50 chance that they could mess up removing the old sensor and damage the threads, which would result in them having to replace my functional catalytic convertor. Lost cost sensor replacement would turn into a high dollar repair. I declined that service and just got an oil change.

Did not feel respected here. Prices of services or what type of oil I wanted was not even discussed before the men began servicing my vehicle. When I stopped the man to kindly ask what oil are you putting in because no one had even asked me. The man replied your scaring me hey, stop stop guys dont touch the car anymore.

All the years I have had service and bought new cars to be told that they can't change my oil and I was willing to wait was disappointing first time I have had to take my car somewhere else very sad that the service dept has went down hill and has for awhile lost a customer and potential ever buying a new car again there!
