Everything was fine, except, when your workers are taking a smoke break, instead of standing right outside of a bay to smoke (aka a wind tunnel), go to the far back of the building out of sight of customers who have nothing else to do but sit on their phones (or observant people like myself who prefer to people watch).

Not very professional behavior by the team. Joking and kidding around. It took three tries to get the right headlight bulb for my truck. The service tech forgot to give me a sticker to remind me of my mileage for the next oil change.
