Unprofessional techs. Changed oil and air filter shut my hood without showing me my oil level. Definitely the last time I will use that location. A few years ago they serviced my transmission in a different car and didn't inform me they didn't have the seal in stocks. They had already dropped the pan on it not even two weeks later my transmission wasn't working. I had to get it replaced. Tech said they didn't prime the transmission leading to its burn out. I called and complained but nothing was done.
