I went to get my car inspected and there was no wait! I pulled right up and was directed into the bay. The technician told me to lease wait in the nice waiting area while he conducted the inspection. In just a few minutes the service technician came and told me my jeep was ready!! He emailed a copy of my receipt to me and gave me my inspection paperwork!! My service technician was VERY POLITE and PROFESSIONAL!

I asked them to do the brakes on a coupon and they refused because they said I was 2mm short of replacing (not what I asked for). They also did not reset the oil sensor, and the estimate on my AC condenser was 30% higher than what was quoted. They never did the wiper blades (asked for), which was also a coupon. Never going back to these fools. Incompetent.

They do good work, and it doesn't take long. Turned out my alignment did not require an adjustment. Would have given 5 stars, but they initially couldn't find a record of the lifetime alignment i purchased, which required me to go home, search for the old invoice and return. It all worked out in the end.
