My mechanic informed me that Kroger can give the new stickers out on the spot with my paperwork. Wow, who knew? That really shortened my day of errands and the need to mail the forms. This shop was very attentive, up front about their charges for the service we needed, and quickly got us taken care of without up charging us or "finding" other things wrong with our car. Brought my vehicle there for an alignment because I purchased new tires. Upon getting it up Terry came in the office and asked me to go with him to the vehicle. Once there, he showed me the readout and said I did not need an alignment so he wouldn't charge me. I appreciate the honesty.

The only downside of the experience was the estimated time of calling me to let me know whats going on with my car being 1 hour, but instead it took them over 4 hours later.
