Went in for oil change and tire rotation and they found couple other things. New tires and other mount issues and bill added up. Probably should have got second opinion but work was done timely and they were very friendly

It was very expensive for me to patch the tire with them. I investigated elsewhere and they told me that the most expensive thing that could have cost me was 50 dollars and here they charged me 90, very expensive.

Overall very please but have had issues with them relearning Tom's system. Confirmed all sensors working but Tom's light continues to display and they cannot seem to resolve.

I waited a long time, was charged $88 for an oil change, and then the sticker said to return in 3000 miles for my next oil change, even though synthetic oil was used. When I questioned the 3000 miles I was told thats how the computer doesnt now. That is unacceptable to me.

The service was ok. Technician was iffy on the type oil my car needed. Showed him the car's manual and the specifications, he did not confirm that they had that type oil but said their full synthetic high mileage oil was compatible. I was not convinced he knew what he was talking about.
Also they did not ask about my windshield wipers, but checked on the sheet that I ok'd them. Did not check the interior passenger air filter.

Steven took time with us and helped us understand the repairs we needed to make versus those which we could wait a little while on. Also discovered a prior repair where the part didn't hold up - they put in a warranty claim for us and fixed that too! Great shop.
