Pricey place and just found a mobile mechanic who is as referred and who is insured annd bonded and certified to do thousands of dollars of work for about $250 after I bought parts to do preventative maintenance and transmission work.
Always look for a mechanic your friends recommend. You'll save tens of thousands over the life of your vehicles.

Exo auto works wouldn't honor pricing on the Carmax repair pal website for replacing a battery. They tried to charge me $445 for a new battery. I told them don't touch it, only replace my starter under warranty. Turns out they were trying to scam me and I never needed a new battery at all. Autozone charges it for free.

If I could give negative 5 stars I would. They are awful. I should of listened to my gut and walked away. They made my difficult life much more difficult. I'm now driving around a vehicle that sounds like it's falling apart. My car is in worse condition after the nightmare of dealing with them. I'm a single Mom and our lives literally depend on me having a vehicle. Don't ever take your vehicle to them. I wouldn't even trust them to change my oil. Awful awful people.

After the nightmare experience I went through at a so called Mercedes-Benz specialty shop with 37 years in business EXO Autoworks was a blessing. From my first call till I picked up car I was treated with respect and listened to when I tried to explain the history of what other shop did and did not do and gave my Mercedes back worse. What took the Specialty shop 8 days to incorrectly diagnose and rip me off with repairs it did not need and still say they needed another$554 for level 3 diagnoses because they still couldn't figure out EXO diagnosed , repaired all in same day for a very fair price. I was so impressed I called to see If I could bring back for a repair that other shop said was major transmission problems and thousands of dollars. Again treated very respectful and able to bring in next day. Dropped off car in am and awaited news and cost for diagnose and repair. I was contacted just after lunch and was told they think they pinned down a fault that might fix things and asked if i wanted them to try. I said yes and same day late in afternoon I was told it was fixed and the issue was just a brake light switch and part and repair cost was about $300 and all done same day. I went from other dishonest Specialty shop already charging over $1000 and car worse then when I dropped off after 8 days and still not even diagnosed and told they needed another $554 for more diagnoses to SAME DAY diagnose, repair and able to drive home same day for both repairs still under $700 at EXO. I would send my parents to get work done at EXO Autoworks they were honest, respectful and there repair knowledge and advanced technology for diagnoses and repair is a cut way above any shop I have dealt with. EXO Autoworks is a refreshing blessing to me and I highly recommend them. I hope to take my cars there for years to come whenever they need repair or preventative maintenance. Thanks EXO Autoworks

I went in 3 different times for my Jeep misfiring. First time they changed the gaskets and seals still was misfiring then did the spark plugs and a coil pack. Few weeks later misfiring bad again went in told them I didn't have any money to spend on fixing it asked what coil pack they replaced Jake said they would look at it for free a different guy said it looked like a dud of a coil pack they never called or said it would take more the a couple hours. Next day Mike called and charged me $298.
