Nice dealership but I have a real problem with Jeep and a certified used car. This Jeep was purchased in December and sold as certified used.Tried to get the driver door lock fixed under warranty but no luck and... This dealership told us they need new brakes... How can that be after only 4000 miles Something smells

My experience was great. Krystal was amazing to work with. She was prompt, helpful, and friendly. I couldnt be more happier with her service. My only complaint is working with the finance manager. He was friendly, but he wasnt very clear on my monthly payments and made me feel like I needed to purchase some type of service. He stated it wasnt an extended warranty so Im still unsure what it was. But it added an additional 100.00 onto my monthly payment. I ended up not getting it once I realized I didnt have to purchase it. But over all a great experience and 90% was done from home. Krystal brought the car out to me for an extended test drive and when I bought the car.
