Had an appointment but was told I had to wait. However, after discussing, they got the vehicle in for service. Car wash was down which was frustrating given the drive in to this location. Additionally, I had called to find out how much it would cost for a full detail and I was not told that the car wash was non-functioning.

Had a battery issue which caused the "check engine light" to come on. The battery was replaced under warranty. The price charged was very fair. The car was brought in on Friday afternoon, but was not ready until Monday morning. This was a small inconvenience.

It was a pleasant wait. The waiting area has free soft beverages, snacks and coffee/tea available. It was quiet, and nicely appointed. Free wifi as well.
The service coordinator was friendly, efficient, business like, but personable. The work was done, and the free wash was also nice.

The salesperson Edwin Sandoval was very friendly, he even sent me a video walk-around of the car after I sent an inquiry from CARFAX. I did not end up purchasing the car but I definitely loved the experience and I would go back to Ewing Subaru of Plano in the future.

Didn't realize until I got home that my tire pressure was low after returning from service. They are on 27 and 28 and should be 32 because I just googled it. Left a message for the service advisor the next day and never received a call back. Oh well I googled it and I can put air in but it was one of the maintenance items to be taken care of when I took it in. They took the low tire pressure warning off though.

I had my battery replaced for this service. My car had been running funny, but then I apparently left my "trunk" light on, which drained the battery. Not fun to learn that these start & stop batteries are twice the cost of a conventional one, and don't last any longer.
But the ladies took care of me and all is good.

Service Dept. always attentive and friendly, willing to please.
Nice waiting area with snacks and drinks. Enough seats for a dozen people (wide spaced apart). If you need a loan, you'll have to make a reservation in advance, no big deal for me.
Glad I decided on this dealership for purchase and lifetime of service!

I only reduced my rating because they tried to charge me extra charges on top of the coupon that were not listed in the terms and conditions of the coupon that they sent me in the mail. I asked them to remove it and they did, but I am not a fan of people who do business that way.

They were all very nice and very professional, but I had to take my car back several times for the same issue. They did provide me with loaners each time which is appreciated. But it was very frustrating to have to keep going back. They finally were able to resolve the issue and I am very happy. They do great job overall...

Brought my car in for annual inspection. Didn't have current insurance card with me but could provide an older one; the young man who was my service rep went the extra mile, called my insurance company and requested that they transmit a copy of the current insurance card to him, which they did. He also made a copy for me to carry with me. Plus, he offered me a car wash. Everything was accomplished in a very timely manner.

This dealership left some bolts and nuts loose on the engine. I also found four small marks on my bumper that ruined the paint job that I didn't notice until a week later. They have also done other things in the past, like spilled lots of oil on side of engine.

It was almost perfect, the only problem I had was that they did not fill up my windsheild washer fluid. This is the second time in there and the second time it has happened. I'm thinking about trying Sewell next time. If they forget something that minor then I wonder if they forget anything else.

Needed a tire replaced due to a puncture. None of the major tire outlets had the OEM brand and model. Only 10,000 miles on the vehicle. They suggested trying the dealership. Should have been my first step to begin with. Very efficient service, courteous and personable staff and have handled the majority of my routine maintenance over the course of six Subaru's. Highly recommended.
