Tech told me an oil change would be $150. I picked up the truck and he charged $217 (with tax). He said he didn't realize it was a diesel. Its a HD truck. Most are diesel. Also, known problem with the 10 sp transmission when it doesn't shift properly. They said its normal after a test drive. Not sure about that. Just don't want to get stranded. Wife wants to get a diff truck....

Service dept did a great job! Went in for oil change and rotation, mentioned the key fob battery was an issue since we bought the Tahoe last year and the lady helping us changed the battery, still had the "Low battery on key fob" when the mech started it. They reset both fobs while inside vehicle so now warning light is out. Thanks to both the service tech and service writer.

My car went in for tire replacement and an oil leak. They told me car would be ready the next day at 1pm. I called at 4pm to confirm my car was ready and they said no, it won't be ready until the next day around noon but no one had called me all day to let me know. I appreciate they did give me a loaner for the second night but the lack of communication was irritating.

It is very difficult to connect with, contact or get a response from my service advisor. The receptionist acts as a filter, but then when I'm transferred to to service advisor's phone and he doesn't pick up, I have to leave a message. That results innothing. No call back or follow-up. It's very confidence deflating.

A mistake was made when the service tech attempted to change my oil filter. The dealership did not try to cover up the mistake but made me aware of the mistake and placed a new oil filter correctly before I left the dealership. Upon my return to my home I found oil on my carport. I brought my truck back to the dealership and they cleaned all the residual oil so that I have no more oil dripping onto my carport.
