I scheduled a service on my newly acquired 2011 BMW, delivered the car to the Piedmont Rd shop at 9 AM. By midday I had received a detailed report on service items requiring attention, and then had received and approved an estimate of the cost to carry out the work. Work completed and picked up the car at 5 PM. Quick, efficient, and courteous service. Definitely recommended.

If I could give this shop ZERO stars that wouldn't be enough..Had coolant leaks that were NEVER fixed and a busted radiator after 10 minutes of getting my car back. Robbery without a gun. Out of $4,500 bucks and unresolved major issue that Patrick and Danny refused to take responsibility for!! Do not take your car here to get serviced!

Went to one shop and they Quoted me 5300. Thank God I had the mind to get a second opinion. This shop was able to fix the problem and it was only 1200. Thats 4100 dollar difference.
