Our second time to use EAG and just as good as the first. The price, start time and completion time were all right on the money and the car was returned in the same condition as I left it, except for the leaking heater hose that was repaired. I would recommend EAG without hesitation

Extremely friendly staff. Very accommodating for scheduling. Very thorough and detailed service of our Audi Q5, at extremely reasonable pricing. European Auto Garage was 75% less expensive than the dealership for the same service. Highly recommend and we'll be taking our car here for all services going forward!

They diagnosed the problem properly and did their best to keep the repairs going as fast as parts arrival would allow since I chose to wait for the car even though they offered me a loaner. Work on a Mercedes is never cheap, but the price was within expectations. All the staff were very friendly and even turned down the tv volume for me since I was the only person waiting. I've used them before and will again.

In short, a very good experence! More than anything I want the car back without any evidence that work was done, no oil smears or drips, no marks on the wheels, smudges (or worse) on the paint. And that's what I received. They took care with my car and it shows! AND, the cost was much better than the quote I received elsewhere. EAG will continue to get all my maintenance business.

Shop offers white glove experience for necessary European car repairs. Diagnosis report includes color photos and full write up. Services are not cheap but reasonable compared to other shops and dealer price. Would recommend over other options in town.

Excellent service at EAG. I dont drive this car a lot, so this was an annual oil change with tire rotation. The service team identified a pending service need for rear shocks, it no pressure to complete as it wasnt an immediate safety issue. I appreciate the information without a hard-sell. Very confident in this service team and their staff! Ill be coming back again!

The staff is very friendly. I got a free loaner because they had the car all day. Rates are reasonable. I can't inspect the new spark plugs or the filter changes or the coolant change but I have to assume they are fine. The free inspection turned up the need for a cabin filter change that I had done myself. No headaches, no pressure.
