Environment is nice, staff was very disengaged and dismissive, you won't be able to speak with the mechanic himself as he does not speak english. Justin let me make an appointment than 10 days into waiting for it told me they wouldn't complete the service unless I did all of their recommended repairs. definitely won't be going back.

We take customer concerns seriously, but several statements in your review are not accurate and we need to correct the record.
When your vehicle was inspected, multiple active coolant leaks were identified, not a single isolated issue. Because of the number and locations of the leaks, we could not responsibly proceed with only a radiator hose replacement. Replacing a hose when there are additional coolant leaks and a radiator-related failure present would not resolve the problem and could lead to repeat overheating, further damage, and additional cost to you.
At no point were you told "magically" new issues appeared. The findings were based on what was observed during the inspection and documented at the time. The recommendation for a more complete repair was provided because that is what the vehicle required to be repaired correctlynot as an "overcharge."
We also want to address your claim about our staff: no one was rude or disrespectful to you. If you felt offended for any reason, we're disappointed to hear thatbut it's important to note that this concern was not raised at the time, and only appeared after we declined to perform a partial repair that would not have fixed the vehicle properly.
To be clear: we did not refuse to help youwe declined to perform an incomplete repair that would not address the overall coolant system condition. You were informed of the full scope and cost, and you chose not to proceed, which is entirely your right.

Eurofed on Old Roswell Rd in Alpharetta is always my go-to for my sports cars. Went in for routine service of my 2020 R8 and they found a tiny oil leak in front of an oil cooler. Luckily it had a double O-ring setup but, awesome they spotted it. Justin and his team rock!

Professional as always. Upon diagnosis, the issues were explained along with detailed photos to support them and listed with urgency of needed repair rankings.
