They are straight forward and honest. David was straight with me about what was wrong, how much it would cost to repair, and an honest opinion whether it was worth it, given the age of the car and the type of driving we do. He then let me decide whether to do the repairs or not. If you have a VW or other German brand I strongly recommend them.

I had the 95k major service done on my 2015 Audi A5 and the customer service was excellent, as usual. They noted that a previous recommendation that I'd planned on completing was not necessary at this time, which was welcome news. They washed the car and cleaned the interior before I picked it up -- nice touch. I've trusted them with my Audis for 15 years.

Eurowerks is an honest and straightforward shop and vendor of repair services for my Audi Q7. I would recommend this shop above the dealers I have dealt with in the area. In particular, the dealers were pushing brakes and other services before the time was due, AND they failed to log any services with CarFax.

I've never had such wonderful personalized service. Glenn even took the time to show me things about my car that the dealer never bothered with or even mentioned. After the clutch replacement my car now performs even better than when it was brand new.
