The technician was thorough and identified all items that need repair.
Not sure if what was done actually fixed the issue. But the car seems to be running smoothly. There are other items that need to be fixed that I will definitely return to complete.

The service took too long because they had to get a part from BMW dealership and they told me they were short of staff that week. But the biggest complaint was that they charge me $100 for using my credit card for payment on a $1100 service bill. No one had mention that when I called to arrange service, nor when I delivered car for them to complete the service. That was an outrageous almost 10% added fee! First and last time for me

Being out of town and not knowing what to do or where to get my car serviced,
I was afraid to take my car just anywhere. EuroPro was recommended by a staff member of Sea Glass Towers. The lady I talked with at Euro Pro was very helpful and friendly. She made me feel very comfortable. My VW-Beetle was fixed and ready the next day. The cost was very reasonable. Thank-you!
