All of the service that was listed on the invoice and paid for was not done. I had to go back to get it done. Then after rotating the tires, they didn't inflate them properly and two of the tires were very underinflated. There wasn't a lot of care given to my car the first time or the second time. And no one from management followed up to assure me that it won't happen again.

I really like the service team at EuroMotors, they get the job done and are competent. However the prices charged are VERY HIGH. On 2 back to back service calls the bill was $7.5K and there was no major work. I have been a very good customer for many years and while discounts were offered they were overwhelmed by the high bill.

Always get great service, starting with the service advisor to the mechanic and all of the people in between. The service team actually sends a video of the inspection of the car, pointing out any problems, and also the things that are in good shape (brakes, tires, no leaks, etc.).
