I found the buying experience at Euro Motorcars Devon to be good. The salesperson and finance manager were both friendly and professional. After buying my used car there was a week or so wait to replace a missing key fob and some questions I submitted to the dealership concerning things I noticed upon driving the car were not answered as of yet. Overall, though, it was a good experience.

I was back for warrantee work. Although the problem improved, it is decidedly not corrected after the dealership having my car for 3 days. When texted to ask if I was 100 percent satisfied with the work, I responded no and explained the issue. Never heard back again with a resolution.

Service staff unnecessarily made me wait at dealer for repair until to find out two hours later they could not repair but had to order parts. Was given no timeline for repair and had to follow up to get an estimated timeline weeks later. Not the service I expect from Mercedes

The service was great, but I had to go home using a Lyft driver provided by the dealership. All of their drivers were out. That previous weekend I left a voicemail requesting a loaner. Evidently that request on voicemail was never delivered to the service department.

Upon driving in I was greeted with a smile and told to go inside. I went to the desk and an associate began logging me in for service when process was completed, he suggested I have coffee and snack while I waited for my driver to take me home. I received a call and was told the car was ready and the driver is on the way to pick me up. Both drivers were very cordial with great conversations. Wonderful service.

Euro Motors was easy to work with and very professional. The car was just what we expected it to be. Very clean. We searched for quite a while, but the wait was worth it.
