My Forester needed some emergency work, while I was staying 2 hours from home. They took me in as soon as the holiday weekend was over. The staff were friendly throughout the whole experience, and the car runs great! They called to check up on things when I got home. I told them that while I was away I received discount coupons from my local dealership. They are going to refund me the savings! Wow!

I brought in my car with a flat tire. I waited while the mechanic took a look; it was found that it needed to be replaced, which they did under warranty. Ertle kept me informed on the progress and even found me a coupon for the charge of balancing the tires. On top of that, they had my car washed!

I was there to have tires mounted, balanced, and an alignment. I had an appointment for 10:00 am. I arrived on time. It took 3 hours to do the work that should have taken 1 hour. I kept asking what was going on, and they said that there were other customers in front of me. But they told me to come at 10:00. Customers who came in after me were done while I was still waiting.

A week after visiting Ertle Subaru for an oil change, I had to take my vehicle to another Subaru retailer because the service technician left the oil cap loose, leading to my driving a vehicle with little to know oil for a whole week. Very careless and dangerous !

What's not to like! From intake to pick-up, service is first-rate. They have the process down to a science. From scheduling, to checking-in, to meeting my "adviser," I always know that my car is in good hands. Recently, I needed a loaner and received a 2025 Forester. Of course we like it that inspections are free, but service is always friendly and professional. They send texts immediately to keep you in the loop as well. Had some problems with the Outback but the newer Crosstrek was ready after we has breakfast next door.

Customer communication from arrival to drive away was excellent. Multi-point inspection results printed for future action. Positive attitudes from all the staff. Clean facilities. And a washed car to drive home in! My only regret is that I live 1.5 hours away.

They did not tell me the car did not pass inspection. I went through 3 different people in order to get it picked up and not one person said anything about the failed inspection. They just let me pick it up and when I got home I noticed the paperwork stated that it did not pass.

Went in for routine oil and filter change and tire rotation. Ertle Subaru offered me a loaner so I wouldn't need to wait on site and I could run errands or do anything I needed to accomplish. I declined and chose to sit and wait for my car. Car was completed in less than 40 minutes and I was back on my way.
