very bad! would never take my ford f-150 there again took my ford in for a radiator flush and refill. service teck only put 2 gal. of antifreeze.my ford f-150 takes 5.4 gal. the rest was filled with water! I complained but did no good very bad service.

Once again I am completely amazed by the excellent service I have received from this dealership. I had a recall notice on my Lincoln. I received a call that the necessary parts were in. Within 2 hours someone was at my office fixing my car right in the parking lot. I'm a small business owner and not having to leave work was a tremendous help. Thank you again Albert and Miguel.

Not very impressed with service department, last oil change I had 1st appointment time, was there before hgates opened up & the oil change took over 4 hours. This week it only took an hour & a half which was good, but the service advisor failed to go over the mechanics notes & if I hadnt read thru the paperwork I wouldve never known that my brakes needed attention, kind of important???

I had a appointment @9:30, took a bit to get checked in, they were busy. I had a check engine light on and it had a factory recall. Two hours later it was done. They kept me updated on the progress and what they had found out. Seems nobody engine, transmission wanted to talk to each other. They took care of the recall and they were able to get me on my way. Don't buy a car here if you expect to receive service in a timely fashion. They don't answer their phone, they charge $100 per day for parking, they promise to pick you up and then don't (waiting 1.5 hours), and then they don't reimburse the Uber ride.

Jose helped me alot and the staff is always accommodating and I was taken care of as the source of the problem was never truely discovered or resolved. They thoroughly trouble shooted and provided a ride to and from as they were working. Amazing accommodating staff. I just hope I can rely on them if it rains and the problem persists. The service advisor, Omar Mendoza, patiently worked with me to troubleshoot the battery drain problem with my 2020 Escape Titanium Hybrid. During the first visit no problems were found, but the problem continued. On the second visit, he decided to apply SSM 49990 software update and replace the starting battery in the trunk as well. This seems to have resolved the problem.

Very slow with parts being obtained and then never called when they did arrive. This leads to a very poor time of service and when the warranty is time sensitive you think that this is the plan so they don't have to pay for anything under warranty. Took 37 days to fix a transmission problem that any other independent resource would have completed sooner.

Very disappointing. I leased my car from Vista Ford and then purchased it at the end of the lease. Ive been getting the car serviced at Vista Ford the whole time and was very satisfied. Yea waited 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation when Envision took over. I dont think either were completed. Service person was apologetic and didnt charge me. I will not be going back.

I wanted a general inspection of my 2016 F-150 because I am going snow skiing in January. They recommended an alignment because it had not been done for a while. The steering was pulling to the left, which can be unsafe (especially when driving in snow country). Took 4 1/2 hours total but it is steering better. Very good work.

Envision Ford had to keep my car for the day, even though I had an early morning appointment. Ventura Ford was closed down forcing customers to come to newly acquired Envision Ford of Oxnard, which was short staffed and not prepared for the exodus. Luckily, shuttle service had been restored so I could go home and be picked up the next afternoon.
