I was referred to Encore through a post on NextDoor. I had them go through the car bumper to bumper and was well pleased with their assessments. No upselling, no unneeded repairs. The customer service representative, Julian, was attentive, polite, saw to it that the repairs were done in a timely manner and that everything promised was delivered. I am well pleased.
