Great place to bring your Ford vehicle for service. They are friendly, professional and helpful. They are always willing to go the extra mile to make you happy with their service. They were recommended to me after a few bad incidents at a prior dealership. They may be farther from home than the previous dealership, but they are worth the trip.

Recall for the front brake lines.The tech completed the R&R in about 4 hours. Encinitas Ford provided a shuttle back to my home and then sent the shuttle to pick me up. Once there it took only several minutes to get our car back and I was at home in less than 15 minutes. Outstanding service.

Our heat function in our 2013 Ford Edge stopped working. I was exspecting the worst, but was pleasently surprised. After diagnostics were completed, I was told there was a problem with the HiVac. This was partialy covered by a warrenty. That left us with a bill of only $56. I'm a happy man.
